Myles Stephenson, Modulr's CEO, has been named as one of the most significant contributors in the payments industry by PayExpo’s Payments Power 10. Myles ranked in second on the list – created by PayExpo’s global advisory board, partners and community - which featured leading innovators from the likes of Mastercard, Barclays Bank and Vocalink.

The top 10 were selected by 1,200 voters from across the payments industry and announced at PayExpo Europe in London on Thursday.

The Payments Power 10 are recognised for their ongoing commitment to pushing boundaries in the payments sector, with clear examples of specific activity in the last 12 months. Over this time, Myles has led the launch of the Modulr platform, establishing us as a firm leader in business payments, powering FinTech heroes such as Revolut, as well as more traditional corporates.

Myles has brought Modulr to the forefront of the industry though new opportunities presented by Open Banking and PSD2 legislation, providing the very best that technology can offer. Our fast, simple, smart and secure E-money Platform gives businesses unprecedented control over payments, without the need for complex integrations.

The result has seen a genuine step change in how businesses make and receive payments: ‘Business hours’ payments are no longer good enough; today’s real-time businesses need real-time, reliable payment flows 24/7. Modulr’s E-money Platform replaces decades old manual processes and batch files with APIs, enabling businesses to create an exceptional user-experience.
