Currencycloud Services
In respect of FX and international payments (non-EUR/GBP payments), which shall only be available as a part of Modulr’s payroll payments and accounts payable products), such service shall be provided by Payaable Limited (trading as “Nook”), a group company of Modulr. Nook is an EMD Agent of The Currency Cloud Limited. The Currency Cloud is registered in England and Wales under company number, with its registered office at Stewardship Building 1st Floor, 12 Steward Street Londong, E1 6FQ. The Currency Cloud Limited is authorized by the Financial Conduct Authority under the Electronic Money Regulations 2011 for the issuing of electronic money (FRN: 900199). In respect of services provided by Nook, the Currencycloud Terms of Use shall apply.
Currencycloud Services
In respect of the services provided by Currencycloud, when funds are posted to your account, in line with regulatory requirements, Currencycloud safeguards your funds. This means that the money behind the balance you see in your account is held at a reputable bank, and most importantly, is protected for you in the event of Currencycloud’s, or our, insolvency. Currencycloud stops safeguarding your funds when the money has been paid out of your account to your beneficiary’s account.
