ModStart

To give everyone a brilliant experience when they join us, we welcome all new starters to ModStart – our immersive 2-day induction programme. It’s tailor-made to help you feel welcome and get you up and running as quickly as possible.

We’ve created a friendly, relaxed environment that helps new starters rapidly develop their knowledge and build strong support networks. We spend time learning about our platform, our tech, the world of payments and more, while also spending time bonding with our leaders, colleagues and fellow starters during lots of social activities.

Supporting our communities

We want to make a positive impact on society and we’re proud to be a Founder Patron for WEST Youth Zone in White City. WEST is part of youth charity, Onside’s network of state-of-the-art, multi-million-pound Youth Zones in disadvantaged areas. WEST provides young people aged 8-19 with a safe, inspiring place to go, grow and develop.

As well as raising money and donating equipment to WEST, we also help our teams support good causes they care about too. We offer every Modulite up to two days of paid working time to volunteer for a community or charity initiative where they can make a real difference.
