CUSTOMER PRICING PACKAGE DOCUMENT

1. DEFINITIONS

1. Unless otherwise defined, defined terms shall have the meaning as set out in the Customer Terms of Business.

1. TERM OF THE AGREEMENT

1. The Minimum Term shall be: 1 month

1. MODULR PRODUCTS
   1. The Payment Types which the Customer may elect to use are as follow:

• Inbound and outbound Faster Payments
• Inbound Bacs Credits
• Inbound CHAPS
• Account Transfers (i.e. transfer between two Modulr Accounts which are owned by the same Customer)

1. For the avoidance the use of the Payment Types set out above shall be subject to the terms of the Agreement.

1. USAGE OF MODULR PRODUCTS
   1. The Modulr Products which are provided to the Customer are provided for the following purposes only:

• To receive payments (via the Payment Methods) to Modulr Accounts in order to make business payments (the “Permitted Use”).

1. For the avoidance of doubt any use of the Modulr Products outside of the Permitted Use shall constitute a breach of the Agreement.

1. SUBSCRIPTION PACKAGE

1. The Subscription Package provided to the Customer under the Agreement is set out below

1. For the avoidance of doubt, the Subscription Package and any Additional Fees shall be subject to the payment terms set out in the Customer Terms of Business.

1. Additional Fees

1. Use of Payment Types outside of the Subscription Package shall be subject to the following fees which shall apply on a per-transaction basis (the “Additional Fees”):
