DELEGATE PRICING PACKAGE DOCUMENT

 

  1. DEFINITIONS

     

    1. Unless otherwise defined, defined terms shall have the meaning as set out in the Delegate Terms of Business.

     

  2. TERM OF THE AGREEMENT

     

    1. The Minimum Term shall be: 1 month

     

  3. MODULR PRODUCTS

     

    1. The Payment Types which your introduced Customers may elect to use are as follows:
      • Inbound and outbound Faster Payments
      • Inbound Bacs Credits
      • Inbound CHAPS
      • Account Transfers (transfer between two Modulr Accounts owned by the same Customer)

       

    2. For the avoidance of doubt, the use of the Payment Types set out above shall be subject to the terms of the introduced customer Agreement.

     

  4. USAGE OF MODULR PRODUCTS

     

    1. The Modulr Products which are provided to your introduced Customers are provided for the following purposes only:

       

      • To receive payments (via the Payment Methods) to Modulr Accounts in order to make business payments (the “Permitted Use”).

       

    2. For the avoidance of doubt, any use of the Modulr Products outside of the Permitted Use shall constitute a breach of the Agreement.

     

  5. SUBSCRIPTION PACKAGE

     

    1. The Subscription Package provided to the Delegate under the Agreement is set out below.

       

    2. For the avoidance of doubt, the Subscription Package and any Additional Fees shall be subject to the payment terms set out in the Delegate Terms of Business.
