Money20/20 Europe has been and gone with Open Banking voted the hottest topic of the show, closely followed by APIs.

Our CEO, Myles Stephenson, sat down with Sarah Hollinshead, Editor of UK Retail Banker for a special Money20/20 Europe episode of the Global Digital Banker Podcast. Speaking alongside the likes of Klarna, Myles shares his thoughts on the first five months of Open Banking:

“It’s still getting going, particularly from a payments initiation point of view, as everyone focuses on getting the data services up and running along with integrations and testing. But [in the] longer term, the impact will be transformational.”

Asked about recent shifts in business banking, Myles outlines why user experience is now coming to the fore, with bank alternatives offering the kind of innovative standards we’re coming to expect in our consumer lives.

Modulr’s API can be integrated into a platform within hours, allowing developers to quickly and easily create the payments experience that suits their customers best.
